RECRUITING PROCESS

1. Review
Look forward to hearing from us soon if your CV fits with the requisites specified in the job offering.
2. Telephone call
We schedule a 30-minute call to get to know each other. After the call we will get in touch to notify you of our decision within a week.
3. Meeting
This will be your first meeting with the leader of the team you would form part of. The meeting will be held in our offices or by conference call if you are not in Barcelona.
4. Test
Depending on the position you are applying for, we may ask you to take a quick test that will let us confirm your skills.
5. Proposal
We’ll make you an offer if you meet the requisites and we share “chemistry”. And if not, we’ll give you appropriate feedback.
